Overview

The middle school art club is for middle school students who have an interest in the visual arts. The club will meet at least once a month; often times, twice a month. Art club members will have a fundraiser in the fall to cover the art materials used throughout the year. To become a member of the middle school art club, seventh and eighth graders will have a chance to sign up at the activity fair, which is held in September, or on a sign-up sheet that will be posted after the activity fair for those who could not attend. Please know that signing up does not guarantee a spot in the club. Due to the overwhelming number of students interested in joining art club, names are pulled lottery style to determine club members. Those pulled will be contacted and a list of alternates will be kept in case space opens up later in the year. The maximum number of art club students is 30.
