SV Inline Hockey Registration Information for 2026-2027
ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE - no exceptions
Online Registration:
- Register on TeamSnap at https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/520335
- Payments can be made online by credit card. Payment plans are available.
- Middle School and Elementary players from other school districts are welcome to register as long as their district does not have an inline team.

- Register in SVSD Parent Portal for sports
- Take drug test during one of summer testing dates ($32 fee plus filled and signed consent form)
- Take concussion test during one of summer testing dates (required every other year ie 7th-9th-11th/8th-10th-12th)
- Fill out PIAA CIPPA Paperwork Sections 1-6 and turn it in to the Seneca Valley Athletics Office
Fees and Deadlines:
- The base fee for the season will be $875.
- There will not be any fundraising fees this season.
- The first payment of $325 is due at registration. (Must be paid PRIOR to participating in evaluation dates).
*Registration fees must be paid prior to player evaluations for all players.* - NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Refund Policy:
We will enforce a strict refund policy. The registration fee is non-refundable, with only one exception - if a player decides to withdraw PRIOR to Team announcements, $250 will be refunded. A $75 administration fee will be withheld. NO refunds will be given after teams are formed and announced.
