2024 Conditioning Dates and Information

2024 Summer Conditioning: (Grades 9-12)
Starting Monday June 24th we will have OPTIONAL conditioning two days a week until the first week of mandatory practice. 

Requirements
*You are signed up 2024 SVXC Contact Information 
*Check email before attending. Given this is voluntary for both athletes and coaches, please check email day of for any cancelations or changes due to coach availability or weather conditions.    

When and Where?
Starting Monday June 24th, 
Mondays 7:30-9:00am @ Graham Park. Meet in the last pavilion at the end of park.  
Wednesdays 7:30-9:00am @ North Boundary. Meet near the softball field at the end of the park.      
*On Monday 7/29/24 and Wednesday 7/31/24 we will be at Ryan Gloyer Middle School. 

Weather Notice: If it looks or is calling for thunder or lightening I will do my best to email but ultimately it is YOUR decision to attend or not attend so please use YOUR discretion.  Do not leave a runner without access to a vehicle if inclement weather is a possibility.
